Restoration Institute®

One of Greg's major goals was to establish a viable training center for agents, adjusters, property managers and ServiceMaster personnel. This goal was realized in 1997 with the development of the "Restoration Institute." ServiceMaster of Alexandria is an industry pioneer in the development of training seminars for the insurance and property management industries. Using a demonstrative "hands-on workshop" approach, our programs consistently receive the highest reviews. Greg is certified to award continuing education credits by the Virginia Insurance Continuing Education Board as a CE (Continuing Education) approved instructor on fire and water damage, and mold remediation.

Recent Concerns - Mold

The recent media attention and consumer awareness of the possible health risks of mold has created new challenges for the business. Greg has aggressively educated himself in this emerging property loss area in order to protect his employees, customers, and the insurance companies. Greg also has joined the American Indoor Air Quality Council (AmIAQ) and the Indoor Air Quality Association (IAQA) to keep the business informed on this evolving controversy.
